Wedding Website Competition: Terms and Conditions

By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Competition Details and Prize

• Prize: The winner will receive one (1) free custom wedding website design package valued up to R3500. This prize covers the design services only, as detailed in the standard package (exclusions may apply to add-on features).

• Non-Transferable: The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in exchange for other services offered by RubyHouse Design Studio.

2. Entry and Timeline

• Closing Date: The competition officially closes on 17 October 2025 at 11:00 PM (South Africa Standard Time). Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

• Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on 20 October 2025 at 12:00 PM (South Africa Standard Time) via email, social media announcement and telephone.

3. Winner Selection and Validity

• Final Decision: The selection of the winner is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the results.

• Eligibility: Entries are open to all persons who provide complete and valid contact details as requested in the entry form.

4. Discount Incentive for Non-Winners

• Discount Offer: Every person who enters the competition but does not win the main prize will qualify for a small discount on a wedding website package from [Your Design Studio Name].

• Discount Details: The exact discount amount will be determined and communicated directly to eligible entrants after the winner announcement date.

5. General Conditions

• RubyHouse Design Studio reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition and its terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

• The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of being notified, or a new winner may be selected.
